  A: Our factory is located in Handan City, Hebei Province, China. You can fly directly to Handan Airport (HDG) or take the high-speed bullet train to Handan East Station. We can arrange pick-up service from the station or local hotels.

• Q3: How many years of experience do you have in manufacturing anchor fasteners?

  A: We have over 15 years of specialized experience in cold-forging and manufacturing concrete expansion anchors and industrial hardware.

  A: Yes, we offer comprehensive OEM and ODM services. We can manufacture custom anchor dimensions, specialized sleeve designs, or private-label branded packaging according to your drawings and specifications.

  A: Our anchors are widely used in heavy-duty concrete fastening, structural steelwork, curtain wall installation, HVAC ducting, piping suspension, machinery mounting, and general construction.

  A: Standard packaging includes inner small boxes, strong master cartons, and fumigation-free wooden pallets. Custom private-label inner boxes and customized carton designs are fully supported for OEM clients.

  A: Yes, we provide free physical samples for standard anchor sizes. Buyers only need to cover the courier freight costs (which can be refunded upon formal order confirmation). For custom non-standard items, a sample tooling fee may apply.

• Q11: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

  A: Our general MOQ is 1,000 pcs for large-size anchors and 3,000–5,000 pcs for standard small sizes. We can also accommodate flexible trial order quantities depending on current stock and production scheduling.

• Q12: What is your standard production lead time?

  A: Standard lead time is typically 25 to 35 days upon deposit receipt and order confirmation, depending on order volume and surface finishing requirements.

• Q13: What are your accepted payment terms?

  A: We primary accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and L/C at sight. Flexible credit terms (such as D/P or OA) can be evaluated for long-term strategic partners.

• Q14: Can we consolidate goods from our other Chinese suppliers at your factory?

  A: Yes, we offer complimentary warehouse consolidation services. Your other suppliers can ship goods to our factory, and we will handle joint container loading and export documentation for you.

• Q15: Can you assist with paying other suppliers or delivering cargo to our designated warehouse in China?

  A: Yes, for our established customers, we provide value-added procurement support, including domestic warehouse delivery within China and multi-supplier payment handling upon request.
